Your Commitment: What We Expect From Your Organization

Because we offer this service at a minimal cost to non-profits, we are selective about who we work with. We seek firm commitments and agreements in terms of:

• Responsiveness;
• Feedback;
• Timeliness;
• Access to Information;
• Authority to make funding approaches (“The Ask”) on your behalf;
• And, Fiscal Accountability.

We make the following agreement with all of our nonprofit clients:

Mindstorm Creative, Inc. will work closely with our nonprofit client to develop an effective Multimedia Social Marketing Campaign. Our client will identify a “Single Point of Contact” for approval and communication during the contract period. Mindstorm will secure funding for the campaign, making sure that funding requests do not interfere with current funding being given to the client by existing sponsors. Securing funds will include: writing Letters of Inquiry, grant requests, sponsorship agreements, and meeting with potential funders. If funding is secured, the client will be required to hire Mindstorm Creative, Inc., and only Mindstorm Creative, Inc, as the vendor to produce the multimedia social marketing campaign. The client will review and approve all materials before they are sent out in a timely manner: this includes all Letters of Inquiry, grant requests, and sponsorship agreements. All materials will be sent to the Single Point of Contact for approval. The Client will have final authority about how the materials will be delivered. Once funding is received, the client will have final approval on all content produced for the Mulitmedia Social Marketing Campaign.
